Website plans are paid manually through the KHQR payment method shown at checkout. They do not automatically renew, and KamSophy does not automatically charge your bank account. To buy another period, make a new purchase when available.
Check the selected plan, amount, currency and receiver in your banking app before paying. KamSophy confirms eligible payments from bank notifications. If automatic confirmation is unavailable or your transfer cannot be matched safely, contact admin with your receipt for review. Selecting “I’ve paid” alone does not activate access. Access starts only after payment confirmation. If time remains on an eligible existing plan, the purchased period is added to that expiry.
All website purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Read the available sample content and check the plan before paying. Contact support if a verified payment has not been credited to your account.
Free registered accounts receive five starter coins once. Each book costs five coins to unlock without a time limit. Forever membership provides full-library access for one payment. Content and audio availability vary by book and language; not every card has Khmer narration. Use your account for your own learning and do not share access credentials or redistribute content without permission.
If you purchase through Apple, the price, renewal terms and refund process displayed by Apple apply to that purchase. Manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID. Apple's standard EULA applies where relevant. Website KHQR purchases are separate from Apple's billing process.
