What is $100M Offers about?
Alex Hormozi explains how to design an offer whose perceived value is much greater than its price. He develops the Value Equation around the desired outcome, confidence in achieving it, time delay, and customer effort, then shows how market choice, pricing, guarantees, scarcity, bonuses, and delivery can strengthen or weaken the complete offer.

An offer is the proposed exchange between a business and a customer: what the customer receives, what they pay, and the conditions attached to both. Alex Hormozi starts here because advertising and selling eventually bring a person to that exchange. More attention cannot by itself repair a proposition that the intended buyer finds unhelpful, hard to trust, or too costly. His central project is to design an offer whose value is sufficiently clear and distinctive that a customer has a stronger reason to choose it than simply finding the lowest price.
Hormozi calls an unusually successful version a Grand Slam Offer. The baseball analogy emphasizes uneven returns: many attempts disappoint, while an exceptional offer may produce a disproportionate result. He presents his own successes as motivation to acquire the skill. Those accounts should be read as his business experience, not as a forecast of what a reader will earn. The actionable premise is narrower and more useful: offer design contains choices that can be studied, changed, and tested, instead of leaving every sales outcome to personality or luck.
Start Here — 2
The book builds those choices in order. It first asks whether the market is suitable and whether the economics support the business. It then works backward from a customer's desired outcome to obstacles and possible solutions. Only after constructing the underlying value does it add presentation tools such as bonuses, deadlines, and guarantees. This sequence matters. A compelling name or urgent deadline can attract attention, but the eventual exchange still has to deliver something worthwhile.
